When we last updated this space, our hope was to hold our Tricky Tray at Franklin High School in October. Since then, Franklin Township Public Schools has announced that they will not be allowing use of any of their buildings by outside groups. We tried to find another venue for an indoor/outdoor event, but our efforts were further complicated when, in August, the limit on the number of people allowed at an indoor gathering in NJ was reduced from 50 to 25.
As a result, we no longer expect to be able to hold our 27th Annual Tricky Tray in 2020. We are now aiming for spring of 2021. Since we do not yet have a venue, we do not have a firm date. However, the Eventbrite system we use for online ordering of tickets requires us to put in a new date when we postpone. For that purpose we are using the date of March 19, 2021.
When we have a new date and location, we will email ticket holders with all the details. At that time, should they no longer wish or be able to attend, they will be given the opportunity to request a refund, or to cancel their reservation while donating their $20 registration fee to the club for our scholarship fund.
If you are a ticket holder and prefer to receive a refund now, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name, address and details about what should be refunded. FYI, it is likely that when we are finally able to hold this Tricky Tray that we will NOT open sales up again, so that we have a less crowded event.

Ticket includes 1 sheet of 25 tickets for Tier 1 prizes, coffee/tea, dessert bar, and a chance at door prizes. 50/50 tickets and extra tickets for all prize levels will be sold at the event (cash only). The Dessert Bar includes: delicious baked goods, cheese & crackers, fresh fruit + coffee & tea.
Please note that this year we will also be selling our popular ticket Bonus Packs in advance on-line and by mail. Additional bonus packs, grand prize tickets and individual sheets will still be sold at the event (cash only).

Note: With the Tier 1 sheet you get with admission, this bonus pack results in you having 2 sheets each for Tier 1 and Tier 2, the tiers with the most prizes, as well as a Tier 3 sheet, but no Grand Prize tickets.

Ticket Pack B has been improved! Since we started adding additional Grand Prizes last year, we thought it appropriate to increase the number of Grand Prize tickets in this bundle from 1 to 2. Attendees will also have a Tier 1 sheet that they receive with admission.
Photos will be taken at this event for publicity purposes. By attending this event, you agree to allow the Franklin Woman's Club to use photos in which you may appear.
To reserve your seat at the discounted rate, mail your Admission Ticket/Bonus Packet Order with a check for $20 per person payable to "Franklin Woman's Club", to PO Box 5793, Somerset, NJ 08875 for receipt by March 20, 2020.
All attendees must purchase an admission ticket (not just a Bonus Pack).
Tickets are non refundable. (Must be 18 or older to attend).
Include your name, email address and phone number so that we can contact you in the event of an emergency school closing. If paying for multiple people, please include the names of all attendees.
Reserving Tables for Groups:Seats will be reserved for all who purchase tickets by March 8 (while supplies last). Tables fit 8; groups larger than 8 will be seated at nearby tables. Groups of less than 8 will be seated with other groups to make a full table.
