"Ageless Grace" - Presenter, Roz Gerken, will lead an exercise program that works the core and activates the organs and systems of the body.  It is meant to simultanerously stimulate and utilize the five functions of the brain—analytical thinking, strategic planning, kinesthetic learning, memory/recall, & creativity/imagination.
