Rescue Dog Program

During our November Meeting, members heard Rescue Dog Trainer, Lori Stevens, speak and introduce her dog, a black Lab named Casey. Lori, who is also a personal trainer at Parker Health Group's Health and Wellness Center, and Casey are members of New Jersey Task Force One, an all-volunteer team that educates dogs like Casey and their trainers to be ready to carry out rescue and recovery efforts. At the meeting, Casey demonstrated Casey's abilities to execute commands and put her skills to work.
